Slowly but surely, there is a mindset developing in our country that if life deals us an unexpected challenge or obstacle, somebody better pay. We are an impatient society that demands instant gratification. And if a business doesn’t make something right for us, then we’d better by-God get the government to do so. On Dec. 11, 29 convicted criminals received presidential pardons. They included persons convicted of tax evasion, bank fraud, drug smugglers and dealers and a moonshiner. However, while President Bush was willing to extend the ultimate gift of the season to corrupt criminal elements, he stubbornly refuses to show the same forgiveness to Ramos and Compean. Unquestionably, criminal elements are now free to enjoy Christmas with their families while the two border agents languish in prison, separated from theirs.

The Clintons are at it again. There is no length to which these scheming affronts to plain decency will not go in order to protect themselves — i.e., his precious legacy and her perceived entitlement to ascend to the throne.

Last week, the University of Virginia’s student paper, The Cavalier Daily, ran a cartoon depicting a naked man smoking a cigarette in bed. Standing beside the bed, a woman in her underwear buttons up her shirt and asks, “Come on God, be honest - Did you really get a vasectomy? I can’t let Joseph find out about this.” The man replies, “Well, Mary, you’re f***ed.”
The editors used the week before Easter to run this bigoted cartoon belittling Christ and Christians. Just a day earlier, the paper ran a cartoon portraying a crucified Jesus telling jokes onstage.
Where is the moral outrage?! Take Action!
Send an e-mail to Gov. Kaine and the members of the state college board asking that the university’s newspaper show more class, intelligence and tolerance in the cartoons they run, and to stop their anti-Christian bias.

This is a good article and if people would stop and think, they would see how right it is. But most won't, as they have no concept of protecting and defending themselves. They are under the illusion that 911 will bring the police, eventually it will, but how long does it take to kill someone when your ready and willing? If the scumbags, lowlife bottom dwellers,(bad guys, not liberals here!) had to wonder if the victim they were after was armed, are they smart enough to think twice? Probably not, until they are laying there bleeding. So tell me you anti gunners. How do you propose to protect us? And if you say through law enforcement, wrong answer!! Took them to long "6 minutes at Northern Illinois", "Longer at Virginia Tech" and how many died in those two incidents? In the seminary shooting in Israel, one student was armed and took out one attacker. How many more would have died had that not happened? Look at which cities have the most restrictive gun laws are and then look at how high the murder rates are in those same areas.
